What is EzyOrder?

EzyOrder is a free smartphone app that allows you to order & pay for food and drinks from your mobile phone. Say goodbye to long queues, you’ll never have to wait forever to pay!

Where can I use the EzyOrder system?

We’re currently up and running across a wide variety of venues including cafes, lunch joints, pubs, bars, theatres, sport clubs, restaurants, and even universities. We add venues very frequently - find the nearest to you via: http://www.ezyorder.com/availability.php

Can I recommend a local venue where I would like to use EzyOrder?

Of course! Suggest a venue by clicking here or email us via contact@ezyorder.com. Be sure to tell the proprietor or manager about the benefits of EzyOrder, and we’ll follow up with them as soon as we can.

Which devices can I download the app onto?

EzyOrder is available on all Android and iOS (Apple) mobile devices.

How can I register with EzyOrder?

The registration process is very simple. You can sign up using your Facebook account, or register with your e-mail address, where you will be asked to create a password. You will be able to browse any menu without signing up. However, to complete an order, you will need to register with a valid credit or debit card.

Do I need to sign up to place an order with EzyOrder?

Yes. The seamless signing up process won’t take more than a minute the first time. You only have to sign up once to use EzyOrder across any and all our venues.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you forget your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ button/link on the login screen, enter your email address and we’ll send you an email within seconds with further instructions.

How do I place an order in advance?

At the end of the order process, you’ll have the option to select the specific time (or interval period, in select venues) your order should be ready for. No more waiting around!

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

The vendor will send you a time estimate as soon as they acknowledge the order. This time estimate will be updated when the order is ready, or if it is amended, or even cancelled.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

No, once an order is placed you cannot currently change it from within the app. We suggest speaking to a member of staff, or failing that, contact us via contact@ezyorder.com,. It is at the vendor’s discretion to cancel/amend an order once it has been placed.

How do I know my purchase is complete?

Simple! We’ll send you an alert on your phone once it’s ready. Be sure to listen out for the alert!

How do I pay for my order?

We’ll charge the credit/debit card registered to your account once the order process is complete. The EzyOrder app itself is free to download. Some vendors may charge a small service charge to defray the costs of running the EzyOrder system. You can see the total cost for the order at the checkout screen before completing an order.

What are the different modes of payment?

We currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards.

I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I still make a purchase with EzyOrder?

No, it is currently only possible to complete a purchase by paying with a credit/debit card that is registered with EzyOrder.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What do I do?

In the unlikely event of the transaction failure just email EzyOrder at contact@ezyorder.com and we will provide a refund.

Are there any hidden costs when I make a purchase with EzyOrder?

There are no hidden costs. Some vendors pass on a service charge, but this will be included within the total amount displayed on the checkout screen.

Will I get a receipt for my transactions?

Yes, you will receive an email with a record of the transaction after the order has been completed

Do you accept PayPal or Amazon Payments?

We do not currently accept PayPal or Amazon Payments, but we may do so in the future.

Are my credit or debit card numbers passed to the merchant?

Never! Neither EzyOrder nor the vendors have access to your sensitive credit or debit card details.

Does EzyOrder save my payment and personal information? Is it safe?

EzyOrder uses bank-grade secure encryption technology and our servers are based in the UK. Your payment details are encrypted using SSL before transmission to our secure payment service provider. We do not store your sensitive financial information on your device or on our servers. For more information, please read our privacy policy. Under what circumstances will I receive a refund?

If there is an error on the part of the vendor or EzyOrder, we will happily initiate a refund. Please email us immediately if there is a problem, via support@ezyorder.com.

What happens if I have a weak internet connection?

You may continue to use EzyOrder but it may take longer to process orders, especially during busy periods. We recommend connecting to a stable wi-fi connection, if one is available.
